Our ‘First Birthday Party’ for 80 guests

On the 1st of July, Spice Deli catered for a first birthday party based at Crouch End Cricket Club in North London.  We were contacted via Instagram, apparently through our many drool-worthy pictures we were told!After meeting the client at the venue where they had the opportunity to taste each item they were going to order, we started to organize ourselves for our biggest event to date!

  • Roasted aubergines with feta,Pomengranate and za’atar dressing

Days of preparation included chopping over 30 aubergines, making 100 individual cups of rosepetal ice cream and marinading 135 pieces of chicken.
